What it's like
This is the taste of summer in Greece – it’s the sun, the beach and the mountains, the oregano and thyme in the air and the freshness of the sea. The fruit forward wine creates great tension with the refreshing menthol flavours of the pine resin.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve cold in the afternoon on a sunny day or at the beach with some salty savoury snacks like grilled cheese or anchovies and dips.

Varieties
Zibibbo which comes from 50-60 year old bush vines grown on the striking red sandy soils over limestone of the Riverland. The pine resin comes from the traditional heartland of retsina in Greece.
WINE MADE WITH LOVE
All our wines are carefully made by hand with little machinery. They are laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
