Chilled red of Sangiovese, Barbera, Nero d'Avola from Gundagai NSW
About 5% of the fruit is destemmed and lightly crushed at the bottom of the tank, and the rest is all whole bunches creating a natural carbonic maceration effect. The juice is drained off daily to control the tannin and stalk characters. Drink chilled to room temperature in winter.

Make an enquiryFull carton orders are sent from our Sydney warehouse
- Sydney - 12pm cutoff for next day delivery
- Melbourne - sent via Anonymous Wine Freight (2-3 day estimate)
- Brisbane - sent weekly, cut off Monday 12pm for same week delivery
Mixed cases are sent from the winery via Australia Post and can sometimes be taken to a post office if nobody is avaialble at the time of delivery.
