Red wine of Grenache, Nero d'Avola, Saperavi from Riverland SA
Three varieties that all thrive in the hot, dry conditions delivering a wine that expresses the place it is grown perfectly. It’s chocolate-y and rich but at the same time bright and moreish. Fruit was co-fermented, with half pressed after a few weeks and the remaining left for an extended maceration of a few months, then aged in old 500L puncheons.
ABV: 13.7%, 750mL bottles

- Sydney - 12pm cutoff for next day delivery
- Melbourne - sent via Anonymous Wine Freight (2-3 day estimate)
- Brisbane - sent weekly, cut off Monday 12pm for same week delivery
Mixed cases are sent from the winery via Australia Post and can sometimes be taken to a post office if nobody is avaialble at the time of delivery.

All our wines are carefully made by hand with little machinery. They are laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
