If you have a preference for a particular style (for example, red wine only), please let us know and we can tailor your selection to suit your needs.

No. All shipping charges are included,
When will my subscription be sent?
Your first pack will be sent immediately upon joining. Going forward your deliveries will be dispatched at your chosen timing.
when will i be charged?
We will take first payment when you join and dispatch your first pack immediately.
Thereafter your payments & deliveries will occur at your chosen frequency.
How do I claim my membership discount?
Simply make sure you are logged in to your customer account, and use the code supplied.
What happens if my card fails?
We will hold your membership and retry to charge your card again 5 days later, as well as reaching out to you to let you know we have had trouble with your payment.
