Can i cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time.
Can I change which wines I get?
If you have a preference for a particular style (for example, red wine only), please let us know and we can tailor your selection to suit your needs.
Do i have to pay for delivery?
No. All shipping charges are included,
How much wine will I receive, and when?
Wine will generally be sent in 3-packs.
Your first pack will be sent immediately upon joining. Going forward your deliveries will fall into line with our set release schedule of approximately every 3 months.
This may result in your second delivery being shipped slightly early.
when will i be charged?
Every year, on the date you first purchased your membership.
How do I claim my membership discount?
Simply make sure you are logged in to your customer account, and use the code supplied.
What happens if my card fails?
We will hold your membership and retry to charge your card again 5 days later, as well as reaching out to you to let you know we have had trouble with your payment.

All our wines are carefully made by hand with little machinery. They are laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
