Pronounced “banh say-ow” this is one our absolute favourite restaurants whenever we’re in Sydney. A fresh take on Vietnamese food throwing in some extra Asian-Australian influences. The food is nothing short of spectacular, offering not only the classics and unique snacks such as crispy pig’s head nuggets and beef tongue skewers. Oh and the wine list is a killer!
