We respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a refund or replacement in the case of a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to a replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

If your purchase arrives faulty, damaged, wrongly described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, we will happily replace or refund the product. Please provide your proof of purchase, along with reasonable evidence of the fault, damage, or error.

As a producer of additive-free, naturally made wine, some variation in colour, sediment, cloudiness, and aroma is normal and expected. Bottle variation can also occur due to the living, unfiltered nature of our wines.

However, if you believe a bottle is genuinely faulty (e.g., excessive VA, refermentation, oxidation, severe cork taint), please reach out and we will assess it.

To help us understand the issue as accurately as possible, please provide:

• A clear photo of the bottle (front label + back label if possible)
  
• A photo of the wine in a glass
  
• Any relevant notes about how the wine looked, smelled, or tasted
  

Even if you feel the photos “won’t show much,” they are extremely helpful — we know how each cuvée should present, and the visual cues tell us a great deal.

We assess these case-by-case, always with fairness and transparency.

All orders are 100% insured. In most cases, Australia Post will notify and return to us any damaged consignments.

If your wine arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery, or contact us within 3 days with clear photos of:

• The damaged bottles
  
• The packaging
  
• Your shipping label
  

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including situations where the wine is simply not to your personal taste. Natural wine is expressive and can vary from vintage to vintage — this is part of its charm and identity.

If we have incorrectly addressed your order, we will re-deliver, replace, or refund it.

We cannot take responsibility for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
