Nanima Road 2025 Riesling
From the granite slopes of Nanima Road, this dry Riesling is taut, aromatic and finely detailed. Bottled at the very end of fermentation, it holds a faint natural spritz that brings lift and freshness. Lime zest, citrus blossom and a chalky mineral edge run through the palate, finishing clean, long and precise.
"A lightly pétillant Riesling of real charm and personality." – Halliday Wine Companion
What it's like
Bright citrus and lime zest lead the way, with hints of white florals and a fine, chalky mineral edge. Bottled at the very end of fermentation, the wine carries a faint natural spritz that adds lift and energy while remaining firmly still. Focused, refreshing and precise, with a long, clean finish.

Serving suggestions
Serve well chilled for maximum freshness, or slightly warmer if you’d like the spritz to soften and the aromatics to open. Excellent with oysters, shellfish, lightly spiced dishes or fresh summer vegetables. Will cellar gracefully for 5 or more years, gaining complexity over time.

Jane Faulkner, Halliday Wine Companion, 90 points
A lightly pétillant Riesling of real charm and personality. The gentle spritz amplifies aromas of lemon, lime and bitter orange, while a savoury saline character lends complexity and intrigue. Bright acidity drives the palate, the fine mousse and subtle texture adding dimension without sacrificing freshness. Distinctive, refreshing and highly drinkable, this sits comfortably between table wine and pét-nat, capturing the best qualities of both.
James Scarcebrook, Young Gun of Wine
Bright tight focused aromatics – white peach and white fig, alongside hints of lemon sherbet. Very delicate bead in the glass and a very light spritz on the palate. Mouth-puckering sharpness – tight and focused. A little chewy and unctuous to promote appetite – serve it cold, with grilled scallops.
Tim Byrne, Deep Dive: Australia's Best Pét Nat
Reminiscent of northern Victorian summers – I was picturing fresh picked apricots and wattle blossom at first smell of this wine! On the palate, the initial upfront sweetness is balanced well with a clean lemon-rind acidity. This is definitely a wine that would pass the ‘bottle test’ – eminent quaffable.

"Gee I liked this wine. So silky smooth, elegant, refined and lovingly lengthy."
Tony Peters, Words from a Wineglass
