White-ish
Bright, mineral-driven and incredibly refreshing, White-ish drinks like a textural white but with just a touch of skin contact for extra texture and depth. Subtle citrus and stone fruit notes make it perfect for sunny lunches, casual barbecues, or lazy afternoons on the deck.
White-ish
One of our favourite releases each year. White-ish is exactly like it sounds, a little bit of a white wine but a little bit not. The not part adds a little bit of added texture and complexity from a brief skin fermentation and oxidative maturation in stone amphora.
The result is a refreshing, zingy very light skinsy wine that looks like a dream and is an absolute delight to drink. On the nose it’s floral and fruity, followed by a super complex and balanced palate, full of nuance from the subtle oxidative notes.
The vinification is a combination of half directly pressed fruit and half destemmed fruit that was gently basket pressed to amphora after a few days to a week.

This is a delight. Teeters into the wild style zone but retains vitality and drinkability. Has the textural detail but retains inherent freshness. The wine squishes in the palate with pretty tropical fruit flavours and tightens around a light chalkiness. The wine is juicy too, so a bit of a crowd pleaser in the lighter, orange wine spectrum with a sense of deliciousness and ease of drinking. Love it.

This one got me chasing that feeling.
