White-ish 2024
Bright, mineral-driven and incredibly refreshing, White-ish drinks like a crisp white but with just a touch of skin contact for extra texture and depth. Subtle citrus and stone fruit notes make it perfect for sunny lunches, casual barbecues, or lazy afternoons on the deck.
What it's like
Pineapple and lime notes are complemented by subtle umami oxidative notes, driven by a generous minerality.

Varieties
Fiano from Gundagai NSW – a fascinating southern Italian white with a richer, almost waxy texture that’s known to be age worthy.

This is a delight. Teeters into the wild style zone but retains vitality and drinkability. Has the textural detail but retains inherent freshness. The wine squishes in the palate with pretty tropical fruit flavours and tightens around a light chalkiness. The wine is juicy too, so a bit of a crowd pleaser in the lighter, orange wine spectrum with a sense of deliciousness and ease of drinking. Love it.
