Gundagai 2025 Chenin Blanc
From the volcanic soils of Gundagai, this Chenin Blanc is both refined and textural. Basket-pressed and matured in neutral French oak, it shows layered notes of ripe orchard fruit, quince and white blossom, carried by bright acidity and a long, supple finish. A pure expression of site and variety.

Production
The best fruit, treated simply. The grapes were picked at optimal ripeness, then sent straight into the press. The juice was settled overnight and racked into old French oak barrels for élevage.

Shanteh Wale, Winepilot, 91 points
White peach, loquat fruit and pineapple core. Hints of honeysuckle nectar and a waterfall of washing acidity. Moreish and true to the shape of Chenin with the added boost of almond skin and bitter melon on the finish. Some savoury cider apple flavours left to mingle on the palate. A nice wine to add to the interesting portfolio that is Aristotelis ke Anthoula.
An absolute standout — bright, zesty, and seriously refreshing. From the first pour, it bursts with citrus, golden apple, and delicate floral notes that feel like summer in a glass. On the palate, it’s lively and crisp with just the right touch of texture that brings everything into balance. It’s the kind of wine you want to keep sipping, whether you’re pairing it with seafood or just enjoying a sunny afternoon. An exciting, well-made Chenin that really overdelivers.
