Pink 2023
Lively, juicy, and brimming with energy, Pink is a textural rosé that balances vibrant fruit with a refreshing, sherbet-like acidity. Layers of strawberry and citrus zest make it equally at home at a long summer lunch or as a chilled bottle shared late into the evening.
What it's like
Fresh strawberries and citrus peel leap from the glass, carried by a zingy line of acidity and a subtle savoury edge.

Looks hazy pink in glass and yet the perfume is decidedly savoury chardonnay over red berry fruits, a distinct whiff of nougat and stone fruit, bread and patisserie. Lovely start. The palate is ample in texture yet fresh in red berry.

Good lord Ari’s don’t make a bad drop. Dryish, zippy acidity. Beautiful hazy pink colour. Flavours or cherry, strawberry & mango.
