What it's like
Rich plummy fruits on the nose but bright fruit on the palate. Silky texture with a refreshing raspberry acidity, with layers of spiced complexity and fine woody tannins.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve lightly cooled in summer or from the pantry in winter. Add to the cosy vibes with a giant bowl of mum’s spaghetti bolognese. Unbeatable with steak.

Varieties
Grenache, Nero d'Avola, Saperavi – these varieties love their warm climate, don't need much water to grow and give us beautiful rich flavours and incredible balance.
WINE MADE WITH LOVE
All our wines are carefully made by hand with little machinery. They are laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
