A delicate, coastal-inspired Vermouth built from our own base wines and infused with calendula flowers, citrus peel and a blend of native botanicals. Bright and gently bitter, it walks the line between herbal and floral — a true expression of the landscape around us. Equally at home over ice or mixed, it’s a thoughtful take on an ancient tradition.

Keep stored in the fridge once open. Serve on ice with a citrus slice while it’s fresh, then in a Negroni for a super bright summery twist on a classic.
