Single Vineyard Collection
Three single-varietal, site-driven wines from our vineyards in southern NSW. Made in a more classical vein but unmistakably to our style, each wine is crafted without additives, carefully basket-pressed and matured in neutral French oak.
The collection brings together an expressive, gently effervescent Riesling and a still, mineral Chardonnay from the cool climate of Murrumbateman, alongside a deep, brooding Barbera grown on the rolling volcanic hills of Gundagai.
Nanima Road Riesling – bottled with 8g/L of residual sugar for a light spritz on opening. Aromatic and floral with more-ish acidity, a generous and expressive example of high altitude Riesling.
-
Nanima Road Chardonnay – a still white wine, lean and mineral style of Chardonnay. The fruit was hand-picked in the morning and very slowly basket pressed that afternoon, allowing the juice to gain stability from the early oxygen exposure. Perfectly balanced, only a single barrel produced.
-
Gundagai Barbera – an inky, dark red wine with a bright raspberry undertone thanks to the Italian grape variety Barbera. Medium tannins leave a drying finish that helps lift the moody wine. Drinking beautifully now but will ages for many years. Only one barrel produced.
These wines represent our most direct expressions of place. Each comes from a single vineyard, a single variety, and a single season, allowing the natural character of the site to shape the final wine.
The Riesling captures elevation and freshness, bottled at the end of fermentation for natural lift and energy. The Chardonnay shows restraint and precision, made from a single barrel and shaped by early oxygen exposure rather than winemaking intervention. The Barbera brings contrast – darker, richer and more expansive – yet lifted by the natural acidity of the variety and its Gundagai origins.
Together, the three wines show how different sites, climates and varieties across southern NSW can be unified by a shared approach: minimal handling, patience in the cellar, and a deep respect for the land they come from.

"It's a belter for warm days, shows quiet complexity, deserves a light chill. Pitch perfect in its way."
